Alexis Glaze
Logistics Coordinator / Teaching Pastor
Alexis Glaze serves on staff at Life Church as the Associate Pastor, Young Adults Pastor, and logistics coordinator. She is a seasoned public speaker and published author. She was born and raised right here in Angleton, Texas. After graduating from Angleton High School and completing an internship with Teen Mania Ministries in 2012, she moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma to attend Oral Roberts University. She graduated in 2016 with a Bachelors’ Degree in Theology.
Right out of college, Alexis accepted a job as a children’s pastor for a local church in Tulsa. She served there for a year before marrying Grant Glaze.
After they were married, Alexis continued on staff at the church and a year later, welcomed her own son, Graham, to the children’s ministry. Alexis and Grant continued to serve in children’s and young adult ministry before relocating back to Angleton in September, 2019.
Alexis loves the opportunity she has each week to serve alongside Grant in Life High, the high school ministry of Life Church. She is passionate about finding creative ways to make sure each student knows that they have a safe place to encounter Jesus here at Life. In her free time, she loves to read and be outside. She also enjoys writing and spending time reading books with Graham.
